I purchased one Zenith Fabric Sofa Cum Bed from Pepperfry on **th July **.
We had selected a soft foam but the product delivered had a harder foam. We even developed back pains sleeping on the same.
Hence, we decided to return the product.
The product was taken back on **rd Aug **.
Pepperfry refunded the amount but it added the amount to the Pepperfry wallet.
It did not credit the amount to original payment method which is the practice followed even by Amazon, Flipkart.
Even the invoice does not mention anything about the refund. If there is any policy which is impacting the customer, it should be clearly mentioned on the invoice. There should be transparency.
I even called Pepperfry multiple times but they just give one response that they will arrange a call back. But I have not received any call back from them.
I have raised the concern with Crispina from their escalations team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
