@MakeMyTrip, Request you to refund the amount as earliest possible.
I have booked the flight using Make my trip app from Mumbai to Bangalore and flight schedule date is **th May ****. Due to technical reason Vistara airline not operated and got flight cancelled message on the registered number.
Vistara airline said you are eligible to get ***% refund amount.
I am continuously trying to reach MakeMyTrip's customer care helpline to raise the issue but none of the helpline numbers working (**** *** ****, *-***-*** ****, *-***-*** ****).
Sent email on service@makemytrip.com but got Automatic reply: please raise a query through the webform.
Raised the query through the webform but there is no notification is received on registered number or email. Not sure whether it's successfully submitted or not and no reference number to track the issue.
Also tried online chat with MakeMyTrip's executive but that's an automated engine which will get limited option and not understand the other words.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
