I ordered for two products(same type) but only one of it was delivered ,however payment was made for the two.I contacted snapdeal many a times but they haven’t initiated any action to resolve our issue ...I asked them to return the amount for the product not delivered ...there has been no response from them ..we waited patiently for **days(even when they told they’ll resolve the issue on **hrs)..they are trying to fool us ...
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
