Myntra Online Shopping - Amount not refunded

I try to place an order on ** March **** of **** INR. The amount debited twice but order not placed. Then as per policy, I wait for *-** days but no amount refunded. I lodge a complaint both in the bank and on Myntra. Bank gives me all the possible proof that Myntra received the amount on * April instead of ** March. Every time I try to contact customer care. They say no amount is received by us. It seems like I lost my money because Myntra is not resolving my issue. They gave me the same excuse every time to wait for ** hrs. They are not taking my problem seriously. **** is a small amount for a big site like Myntra but not for us. We earn not to waste money like this. They do such kind of things with the customer who shops on a regular basis from them and earns a large profit by delivering no service no product to the customer. They mentally harass their customers by not resolving their complaint. I again want you to know that amount was received in Myntra account on * April **** of **** INR twice.
