Shidtharth Karunamoorthy filed complaint against Swiggy on May 12, 2019
My * of the orders got cancelled for different reasons from April **th to till date. For none of it, I have received the refund. But got the SMS saying the amount is refunded but I can't see it hitting my account or Amazon pay. I am trying to catch up customer care service but there are no people getting connected there.
Such a bad experience with Swiggy. Me being a techie guy, I feel it may be some technical glitch too. But when the SMS is sent and amount not credit is such a bad case and I could never able to catch up customer care executive. This is another most disappointing service.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
