I am Riyaz from dindigul Tamil nadu. I am purchased Car Arm rest for my car RS *** At **.**.** by flipkart online shopping but that product is not suitable for my vehicle that is the reason i returned the product on next day and my amount is not refunded to my bank account. Next day i spoke to flipkart customer care many times but they said ur amount is already refunded to upi which i have given to flip kart and they gave reference number ************(dated **.**.** at *.**pm). i was checking with bank side, google pay transaction history and my bank statement there is no Amount transferred in my account.i asked flip kart merchant's bank statement to check but they wont to send their statement and not respond my words. very worst behavior to customer and Google pay customer also not respond me properly Then i talked with canara bank side they said that reference number is not showed in account statement so u can speak with flip kart only attached my bank statements and flipkart reference number.pls find the attachments and Kindly help me to refund my amount rs ***.Because of this issue i am mentally very disturbed and lost my business. Pls help me to get rs * crore compensation from flip kart
