I paid for the broadband connection from You Broadband on ** Mar ****. Initially they assured about the connection. after payment, they denied to provide the connection by saying no cable feasibility and promised the refund of amount in ** days in cheque. But its been ** days. No proper response either from customer care or from Appellate body of organization.
