- Amount not refund from the people which I have transfered ^Open

I got a call from Recruitmentnaukri.in regarding job opening. I have taken paid service.  I have done payment through credit card. Later I decided not to take the service. Again Dixit Raj called me and said he is going to return the money which I have paid since I am not taking the service. He told me since I have paid through credit card he will refund the money through credit card only. He said there is a technical problem in their site. Instead of refunding the amount has been deducted from my credit card it has gone up to *, **,***. Then he said all money will be refunded to you whatever has been spent in your credit card but again said that there is some **c deduction applied for the amount needed to pay **,***. They made me pay **,*** around * times. Each time I make the payment there was some issue this last time you will get your money back but it didn’t happen. With a hope that I will get my money back I have transferred *,**,*** to get my *,**,*** but till now they are not refunding my money. The two people from the account department team Rakesh Kumar and Gaurav Shina have done this fraud. Please find the details of account number where I have transfer the money Raj Kumar S/o BadriPrasad Ac No: ************** IFSC code HDFC*******.The number they used to call me **********- Rakesh Kumar and this number also ********** I have filed a complaint against them and they only credited *, **,*** on my credit card. Rest of the money they are not refunding which I have transferred to them. Now they are calling me from this no *********** and asking me for some details of my bank account or card number then only they will refund my money. I said I am not going to give anything to them. Then they said forget about your money if you are not going to give your details they will not refund my money. Credit card amount spent on the name of MS S R ENTERPRISESWWW.SHOPPI and I got the amount from of MS S R ENTERPRISES in my credit card.
They have not refund this **/**/**** RETAIL DOMESTIC PT MUMBAI IN *****.** amount till now. Please find the attached detail Payment on this account for your reference. Please do the needful. I want this fraud people should be punish and account should be frozen.   
Now this the securecareers.in office address.
Corporate office :-WZ-**/*, Fourth Floor, Sec : **, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India - ******. There is no more website called recruitmentnaukri.in. They have blocked. Please help me on this what needs to be done.
