V Srikanth filed complaint against PayTM on Apr 16, 2019
On **th April ****, I have done a transaction using my Paytm Payments bank card of amount ₹ *,***/-. Amount got debited from my account but here ATM has declined my money. I didn't receive the physical cash. Immediately I have raised a ticket regarding this on Payment application to which I received a response but later I came to know that Paytm has deleted/ignored my ticket.
I have attached my transaction slip which I received from the ATM saying transaction has been declined.

I hereby request someone from the paytm end to do the needful. That amount is a very crucial one for me.
