On *nd Feb ****, I placed an order on Myntra and paid via Paytm UPI. Amount ****.** was deducted from my bank account but the order was not placed on myntra.com.
For this, I raised a query on paytm & I got the reply that the amount was successfully transferred to myntra account.
Regarding this issue, I am continuously contacting myntra on phone and every time I got reply sir please wait for *-* days amount will be credited in your account but till today **/*/**** no refund is given to me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
