Samriddhi Shukla filed complaint against Make my trip on Mar 15, 2021
I had booked my two way tickets for Lucknow to Goa from ** March to ** March at around midnight on ** March. The amount was immediately deducted from my bank account but the makemytrip webpage displayed 'payment failed' due to which my booking was not confirmed. To avoid a surge in ticket prices, I made another booking with the same flight details that was subsequently confirmed but the amount deducted for the first failed booking has still not be refunded to me. I have tried contacting the customer care and exploring other options on my website, but have only received automated responses directing me to available options o n the makemytrip application that does not have an option for lodging such an issue. Would request an immediate refund of the amount deducted from my bank account.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
