on october *th i was trying to pay my bsnl landline bill and my wallet balance was Rs.** so i paid rest balance Rs.*** through upi /paytm and amount debited from my paytm and my landline bill was not paid till date nor any refund came. do check problem from ur side.. i talked with paytm and they said from their side amount was sent to freecharge successfully kindly do reply me as soon as possible..
