I would like to express my utmost disappointment with Myntra operations and customer service.
To give a background, I had attempted placing an order thrice with Myntra on **th of Sept, however, each time the transaction kept failing from their end. In the final attempt which was through UPI, the amount (₹****) got debited from my account and was placed on hold due to network issues on their end. The payment was finally approved on the **th of Sept and credited to Myntra’s UPI account. I have an acknowledgment from my UPI account for the same which I have attached below.
Since then, every time I have contacted Myntra’s customer service, I’ve been told that the payment has not been received by Myntra and to “contact my bank support team”, even though I’m already exhausted explaining to their executives that I’ve already spoken to my bank a number of times and have reconfirmed that the payment was approved to Myntra.
I would like to know if Myntra is trying to avoid responsibility by cheating their loyal customers of an amount considerably insignificant to them? I do not need a verbatim from their executives each time I try to get my issue sorted.
I am already disappointed and exhausted dealing with Myntra and would likely cut my relationship with their service in the future. At this point in time, I just want to get my money back which Myntra has taken from me without placing an actual order, and has been arrogant enough to not acknowledge the same. If this issue is not sorted at the earliest, I would be left with no choice but to go legal.
