*. ORDER # ***-*******-******* for American Tourister Suitcase was canceled and we were advised that the defective suitcase would be picked-up on **/**/** but none came.
*. Amazon Delivery executive came on **/**/** to deliver the Safari Suitcase against ORDER # ***-*******-*******. He inquired about the defective item and also picked-up the American Tourister suitcase along with him.
*. Company has not yet refunded the amount as the suitcase picked up by Delivery Executive has not reached to the Amazon Warehouse.
*. Vide two emails, Company was given the photographs taken by the CCTV Camera installed at our apartments. They were also given the name (Sonu Kumar) and mobile no (**********) of the delivery executive who made an entry into the register kept with the security guard. His ID and visit details taken from Mygate App were also forwarded. The recorded audio statement by delivery executive was also submitted.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
