Amazon - Amazon Selling Fake Copy Products of Realme

Sir, your customer support is not resolving a tiny issue since last * months I have been taking follow-ups for my complaint, provided all the required documents, but still they are unprofessional or I don't know what is the issue leads to delay in resolution. I think they didn't want to get exposed about this matter. They are making full efforts to delay my complaint and hide this issue with the world, I have purchased a realme ear buds * from amazon and it identifies by realme authorised service center is fake copy, and after asking about this to Amazon they are not even discussing this issue and the seller from which i have purchased this is also not responding to my emails.
