I am very sorry to hear such type of frustration service from Amazon with the delivery courier for the order ***-*******-*******. The order ***-*******-******* was placed on ** May ****.
The delivery courier tracking id was *************.
I am working professionally at Mumbai ordered two *** watt solar panels for my hometown (Polasara, Ganjam) where my old parents are staying. The delivery courier boy Simanchala Bisoyi with mobile number *********** called my father who is a senior citizen of aged ** to receive the courier on ** May **** in Polasara. While my father reaching at the courier with my elder brother he found the package with one missing solar panel. He took the photo and updated me. So I called Amazon customer care and logged complain that the package with one solar panel and the other item was missing (copy attached). Amazon replied to me and to the seller in the mail on ** May **** at **:** pm that there was only * item instead of * quantities cx rejected the parcel. Please replace it and send both quantities to the customer (email copy attached). However, in tracking it is showing delivered.
I communicated this message to Amazon several times how it is showing delivered though we denied receiving the product on ** May ****. Every time I got a reply that we will inquire and let you know status and refund will be processed. Many times my claim has been rejected without any proof of delivery. After not getting any response from Amazon on **/**/**** I called the seller and he sends one fake delivery note with my father’s fake short sign (S) only (copy attached). Again I called Amazon that, after ** days, how you were rejecting my claim (* and * June) through the fake delivery note was provided by the seller on ** June **** and requested that was a fake delivery note. The same I was informed on ** May **** also that my father denied receiving the courier.
I don't understand why I need to put a claim through the product has not delivered yet. This is the duty of the seller and Amazon to follow up with the courier for delivery or return the product. After ** May why the seller has not prompted the courier about the delivery status?
Why seller has not communicated anything, though I informed that I denied receiving the courier on **, May ****.
Why Amazon/Seller has not contacted about the courier about the wrong delivery status. How it is showing delivery though the customer has not received the product. However, after * weeks I am not getting any support either from Amazon India nor the seller about the product. Every time I put A to Z claim and getting rejected without any inquiry.
Please take serious action against the Amazon India/seller/courier partner and refund the money at the earliest as much as possible.
