Refund for the Logitech Keyboard I ordered from Amazon for Product worth Rs.****. The product which I had received is totally a different product with damaged external packing because of rain as you can see water marks on the external packing for which I have shared the photos attached below .I tried to call the customer care team and asked about my refund status they were so rude over the call and said we can’t process you any refund and we won’t align a pick up as well and then hung up on me saying we can’t do anything. Amazon as per me is now one of the fraudulent companies and scamming people like this.
.I am pretty sure i would get the resolution from your august hands.
I have attached the copy of the payment receipt and photos of the product which I had received.
