- Amazon not issuing Refund of my order no Open
The complaint is regarding the refund of my order no. ***-*******-*******. I have self return the above mentioned product. The courier service has tried to deliver the product three times to the seller, but seller denied for receiving the product. I have tried to contact the seller **-** times. The seller has responded to my call only for the first time. Once, he came to know that i have been asking for return. He never responded my call. The same thing happened with the courier service. They have tried calling him several times for delivery but he never responded the calls. I have attached the proof of my call records, in which you can see that, he just responded to my first call. After that all the calls are unconnected. Amazom has contacted the seller multiple times and everytime, seller has given politically correct answer. The courier is still present at the last destination. I have contacted to Amazon customer care *-* times in the last * days and the last time, i talked to Mr. Shyam, he told me to get back the return to your house and resend it again. I am stunned after listening to his solution. If i will ask the courier service to return the product to my place then they will again charge me Rs. **** and if i send it back again by some other courier service (Bluedart), then they will charge me Rs. ****. And the situation will remain the same, as the seller is denying to accept the courier. Further, I will face a lot of issues in doing so due to pandemic. And i will again end up throwing Rs. ****. The customer care executive said that the Team has decided this and we have no other solution. My humble question is " is that the solution". Further, is that even a logical solution to return the courier to my place and send it again, when the courier is already present ** kms away from the seller. I have been talking to Amazon Customer Care from past * days and every time i need to explain everything from the beginning and everyday i end up losing * hour talking to customer care. They are not simplifing my problem, they are just making it more complicated everyday. Mr. Shyam hanged up on me saying that this is the only solution we have (return the item again). This is very unprofessional and i do not expect such kind of service frok Amazon. I have explained each and every thing to the customer care and it seems like Amazon just don't want to refund. The Amazon keep on replying me that we will contact the seller and will let you know once he reply. The seller is repeating the same thing again and again whatever be the question from Amazon side. Please check last four emails of seller. I have already given proofs that he is not attending my calls. Still, Amazon is saying the same thing that we will contact the seller. Amazon is just prolonging the period for no good reason. In this way, Amazon is just troubling me. Amazon is not refunding the money and just prolonging the period by giving vague solutions.
