- Amazon is sending duplicate and wrong product and not taking any steps even after complining Open
I have ordered and received a Nokia E** Qwerty mobile phone on *rd June ****. The Item is dead, the seller is duplicate, the item is duplicate, the pack is duplicated, the charger, battery everything in the box is duplicate. I don't have proof but anyone can tell that just by seeing the items.
I have complained repeatedly to the customer care and then they sent a guy to pick it up for refund. But the guy declined to take the product as he can't see the IMEI number on the screen. The idiot doesn't even understand the mobile is sent dead. Again I complained and no senior guy is available anytime. I don't know what they are doing all the time.
I can't take the reluctance showed by the Amazon India Team. It is completely not acceptable. I don't know if there is anyone to oversee the performances of the customer care team here in India or not. But it is definitely needed here. I feel if they can't provide the service then they should not do business here in India. We can't accept this kind of service from a brand called Amazon.
They should stop recruiting dumb people in their organization. They just know how to cheat people. They don't understand you can't go far with cheating. I am a customer of Amazon for quite a long time but these days the service is just awful. Dumb people everywhere. My goodness. What is going on!
