I have ordered VIP Twenty FOUR* STR EXP *w ** Cobalt blue trolley from Amazon on**-Sep-**, ORDER # ***-*******-******* The product was delivered on **-sep-** as I opened there was Junk clothes in a packet, so I immediately called Amazon support, and they mentioned they have raised an investigation and call back in * days.
When I called on that day, amazon support mentioned that the investigation was completed and the team said that the product was delivered intact. After that again I have asked to investigate properly once again as I have unboxing videos and photos with me. They asked me share those proof to cs-reply@amazon.in. and given the timeline to wait for * days.
After * days again I have contacted the customer support and got the status they mentioned even on re-investigation they mentioned product was delivered intact.
They ignored the proof I submitted and blamed their fault onto the customer.
Please help me on this, I have recorded videos and images but no support received from Amazon.
