I had placed an order for Samsung Note Galaxy Mystic Green on **th or **th and got the package on **th December, ****, but when I opened it I could not even put it for charging and start using it because the USB Cable was missing! The * Pin USB Fast Charging Adaptor Head was connected to AKG Earphones! Not to any USB Cable! Secondly, there were scratches and dent on the screen. Thirdly, I had also tick-marked for the Spigen transparent back case, which also was missing. When I approached through online chat and phone, the Amazon Customer Service said I must wait till **th Dec, ****, as they are going to conduct an investigation, but because I did not get to know anything when I again resumed contacting them on **th Dec (after waiting as the Customer Service for a week without being able to use the phone, which actually I needed urgently!), they said the Investigation Team has all the parameters to ascertain the thing and that they found the package to be intact, WHICH IS A BLATANT LIE!!! Then they said they assigned a Technician because that is also part of the pacakage/ deal, but the Technician was a FAKE PERSON because he called over the phone and said he would send a report to my WhatsApp and asked me what is the issue and said somebody will come for pick-up of phone and money will be refunded, BUT I sensed that the person is fake and I got scared that the person many send someone to pick up the phone and I may lose both money and phone. When I contacted Amazon Customer Service they were very disrespectful, apathetic and non-cooperative. They kept waiting me for unusually long time on phone and then they kept saying that the package was intact, WHICH IS A LIE. They are refusing taking the item back and refunding me the money. Because of them my work also suffered as for the past three days I have been on chat and phone with them for very long time, and whatever you speak or chat to a person you will have to repeat the next person. They are unimaginably sadistic. So kindly kindly help me with this issue. I want my money back, I mean refunded and the phone taken back by them. If possible the company must also pay me for the mental damages to the customer.
