I have placed an order with * items on June **th and cancelled immediately. They sent a mail saying they were able to canel only one item and another item can be refused while delivering or can go to a returns page and create my own return label so that i can get full refund.
When i tried opening that link its not getting opened. I called customer care and that representative is saying i can not return it as it is not returnable. They should have cancelled the item when cancel request is raised and no where they mentioned about non returnable items can not be returned.
