We ordered * burner Usha EB GS* *** Cooktop Ebony **** (Black) (for ****/-)(ORder No- ***-*******-*******), Amazon delivered a USHA * burner cooktop, Package had Different (****/- )Invoice, which belongs to different customer (Order number - *** ******** *******), Wrong Product photo and Invoice is attached for reference, Got late in calling Amazon Customer care by * days, Now the Amazon Customer care is not helping in returning product.
Disappointed with Amazon, Can't believe they can deliver wrong product and do not ready to correct the mistake...
BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AMAZON, SAD TO KNOW AMAZON AND CUSTOMER CARE IS FINE WITH THIS UNETHICAL ACT.
Amazon delivered Wrong product and amazon Customer care is not helping in returning product.
