Amazon.in - Amazon blocked my account without any reason

I had an Amazon account with registered number ********** which was blocked by Amazon around ** days ago. And there is no email linked to my account I have been calling and messaging Amazon to unblock it but its still not done. There is cashback from credit card in it worth ****rs plus Amazon pay balance. I sent many email they said contact from registered email address but my account is blocked and no email linked to my account so how can I contact with registered mail.
They don't have proper information about my account block issue and always said team will call
But still I did not a single call from Amazon
Kindly help me m very frustrated with their worst service
