FLOYD DSILVA filed complaint against Amaron Batteries on Nov 12, 2020
Amaron battery replacement thru warranty is being delayed and I am told I will receive the battery only in Jan **** . The Amaron dealer is not willing to provide a service battery also for temporary use. I cannot use my vehicle and this is causing problems in my professional and personal routine.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
