प्रार्थी अरविंद तिवारी श्री अलगू अग्रहरि जो कि बिलवाई माधोपुर में इलेक्ट्रिक की दुकान चलाते है संपर्क no-*********** उनके यहाँ से इन्वर्टर बैटरी दिनांक **/**/**** को मॉडल no CRTT***AH लिया था जिसकी गारंटी **/**/**** तक बताया गया था और वारंटी कार्ड भी दिया था लेकिन बैटरी * साल में ही खराब हो गयी जिसकी शिकायत मैंने श्री अलगू अग्रहरि को बताया जिसके बाद विक्रेता ने खुद आ कर बैटरी चेक किया और कहा कि ओ इस बैटरी को * हफ्ते में रिप्लेस करा देगा लेकिन इस बात को * महीने हो गए और अब ओ धमकाता है कि नही होगा चेंज जो करना है कर लो मैंने कंपनी में भी शिकायत किया पर उन्होंने बोला कि विक्रेता से संपर्क करे कृपया इस बात का संज्ञान लिया जाए और मुझे मेरे पैसे या बैटरी ही रिप्लेस कराई जाए
