I installed a amron pro battery from dealer in palwal dated */*/**** in my Honda City diesel car. Suddenly I started facing some problems in my car because of battery this year in January ****. But the problem was I lost the bill of my battery. I mailed to the company regarding this . They asked me to send photos of battery..I mailed them . Then they said to me that go to the dealer and ask for the bill copy..I went to the dealer . He refused me to give the copy of bill. Then I again mailed to the company regarding this. Then they again said to me go to the dealer and show them battery. They checked the battery and they refused to change because of bill. Time goes on in mail and mail. Now I found my bill three days back at my home. Many times I stucked in traffic james because of my battery.. now I have bill in card it's showing ** months guarantee. But guarantee of battery expired last month. Now they refused me to change the battery because it's expired in last month.. but I am complaining since January **** and guarantee expired in July ****.
