I stuck multiple times on road because of battery issue. I have raised * times complaints to amaron. They have taken the battery and saying battery is fine but I am facing issue with the battery. Battery is under warranty period and is not ready to replace with a new one. The jump start guys measured the voltage and said while trying to start the voltage is dropping to *-*Volts while thre required is **Volts. My request numbers are SRNo: ******** & ********.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
