I ordered oneplus buds on july *th, order id ***-******* *******. It was delivered to me on july **th. I returned the product on july **th **:**pm because of its battery issue and i clearly mentioned that it has battery issue. After pickup, my money was not refunded as I contacted the amazon team and they told me that they received a different product. I didn't make any counterfeit returns. The only proof that I have is Google's find my device app, it will show what bluetooth devices that are connected to my mobile device. The oneplus buds last connection time is july **th **.**pm. It has been almost more than one month if i done counterfeit return means the oneplus buds has to be with me after **th july but the last connection date is july **th only.

There is no chance to replace this product with another product as don't have any other oneplus buds u can check on attached screenshots. There are * devices in my find my device app. one device is oneplus buds z that is my cousin's bluetooth. Another one is oneplus buds z* which is the product that i returned. Another one is the Nokia neck which bought from flipkart on july **th.

*. the delivery boy will check the product with a reference image. He can not take it, if it is a different product.

*. If I want to return a different product, I don't have to wait for * days. On the date of delivery **th july only, I will make a return. complaint, but i returned on july **th

*. if u think that i returned a different product then where is the another product. and the find my device app has to show two oneplus buds z* but it shows only one oneplus buds z* that one was also connected on july **th the return pickup date.

*. bought nokia neckband or flipkart if i had one plus buds z* why I will go for another neckband.
