I ordered a pair of real me air * pro earbuds from Amazon for ₹****. Upon delivery, when I opened the box, I found that the product was used and damaged. I called Amazon customer service to complain, and they promised a refund. Despite several follow-up calls, they kept giving me new dates for resolution. After a month, they informed me that the product they received was incorrect, and hence, my refund would not be processed. However, I had returned the exact product I received. What should I do next to claim my loss
