For a product return, Amaozn has picked up the product from my premises and delivery boy has not submitted the same, either he has misplaced it or stolen. Now amazon is not addressing the issue and denying from giving me my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
