Amazon 00 - Unsealed and Fake product

I have purchased One Science Whey protein which was received unsealed and in damaged condition
There are many fake proteins powders in market
And Amazon delivered unsealed and tampered product which I cannot trust
So I have requested my refund for which Amazon refused to pay back my money
I have shared pics of the damaged product as soon as I received the product
