Pepper fry gives false, wrong n misleading information on their site at the time of purchase and only after your hard-earned money is gone and you receive delivery of the faulty half product you will understand u are cheated, then they will keep harassing you with same autogenerated messages that they will need more time to solve your problem. There no specific time frame also they will give because they have already got the money so why will they bother if you are suffering. Their motive is to earn profit only let the customer gets harassed we will not cooperate. They will also delete your complaints from their page of they don't like it after two three days so that others can't see and keep purchasing. They send storage beds without base and expect you to store on the floor where as on site there's nothing mentioned n pics are with base only nowhere u can see u need to store on the floor. This is new way of scamming customers and Resolutions Team member Rashmeen Bharde will keep sending u same mail that they need more time because in that meantime they will do the same with others My last complaint I can no longer find on their page so it's very clear what their intentions are ********** this is my WhatsApp number I will warn Everyone to be very careful before buying from them else after spending your hard earned money you will have to again go to consumer court for complaint which is the last thing anyone would want.
Note: We had a conference call with the executive carpenter from pepper fry who visited my place for inspection clearly mentioning to me that it's a manufacturing defect even after Mrs. Rashmeen Bharde is not ready to take my complaint to resolve it. I have all the audio conversations with the pepper fry team and carpenter.
