- Airtel not giving refund of Rs Open

I had closed airtel broadband after prior information to Airtel. While closing account they debited Rs. *****..**/- as I had auto debit. in Dec **.
Since then I am struggling to get this refund. They agreed that there is balance of Rs. *****.**/-. I was asked to give bank details and cancelled cheque. When I submitted everything I was informed within ** days, refund will be done till now.
When I put reminder, I get mail again to submit details or stating that your query is resolved in separate messages.
When I write reply to separate message again same story starts.
Even I have written on Twitter still no action.
Request all , not to allow/ do auto debit payment with airtel
