I had port my Jio number to airtel postpaid and get it activate on **th Oct since the activation i am facing poor coverage issue at my home and office both locations where i mainly use the number i have logged the complaint on **th Oct itself regarding poor coverage and connectivity issue till now it is under the process they accept there is some issue in area and they are working to fix the issue since it is postpaid number they will bill me for their pathetic services and i will bound to be pay the bill, tried to escalate the issue to airtel appellate and nodal officer but did not get any update seems like they have closed their ear and eyes for customer related issues i am bound to be continue airtel services for next three month due to TRAI guideline i need to take another connection to use the data and voice services as in today's era we can not be offline.
last but not the least Airtel is having very pathetic service and customer support company.
