I have booked the trip for date **th to *th of may. The trip was canceled due to covid ** .So i raised the refund request to the airline but my ticket was booked through shoesonloose team so the airline canceled my refund request and asked me to connect with the travel agent as they already refunded the amount to shoose and loose which is confirmed by airline. Now shoesonloose blocked my number and not reverting on mail as well
