We had approached shoes on loose on Jan **** for Maldives trip plan of April ****. We had requested the cancellation in March even before lockdown considering the situation of corona worldwide. Still no refund was provided and the team is not reachable via all modes of communication. We had dropped n number of emails to Mohit and team for the same, but no response on refund.
We personally checked with maldives resort and they confirmed our booking was cancelled on the same day when we had requested shoes on loose. They have cheated on us.
