I made a booking on **th July for Delhi to Muscat(Oman) via Goibibo through Oman Air(Oman Air- WY ***)(PNR-YIIUBP), departure date was *st September **** from Delhi which was later canceled by the airline, It has been more than ** days and I still haven't received a single notice from them, neither do their irresponsible and fraud customer service reply to queries.
I had also made a booking for Ranchi to Mumbai via GoAir through the same Goibibo and the most ridiculous thing is that the flight was canceled by Goair and the goibibo journey history shows that the journey was completed even though there were no flights operating on the **th of August ****, Ranchi(IXR) to Mumbai for **:**
