I had booked seats in indigo airlines no *E-*** from hyderabad to bagdogra through make my trip app on **th november ****. PNR no YLGZG* . An additional payment of Rs *** was made to book seats. We selected seat no's **F, **E, **D on ** november ****.
Today while boarding we were denied our seats at the airport. Make my trip customer service did not help us . We were told that our seats were not booked. On contrary we have the confirmation message and amount has been deducted from axis bank as well. On enquiry make my trip told us that our seats were not booked due to error in network. We were not intimated about any kind of cancellation. Irresponsible , completer information wasnt provided. I need compensation for the inconvinience.
