Me And My Friends (* People) Booked Return Tickets From Cebu (Philippines) To Chennai (India) For **th Oct ****. A Week Back The Flight Got Rescheduled To **th Oct. I Tried To Cancel The Flights But Since Airasia does Not Have Customer Support for All Their International Flights so I Could Cancel And I had to accpet the New Recheduled Dates. But Yesterday Again Airasia Has Recheduled the flight to **nd Oct. Now This Date Is Not Feasible For Me. So Me And My Friends Want To Cancel This Booking And Book A New Flight Which Is Of Higher Cost (Since There Are No Other Flights For The Same Price). We booked our ticket through Goibibo and EaseMyTrip, after several calls to Goibibo and EaseMyTrip, one of the ticket is cancelled from Goibibo side guaranteeing as we would get the refund. But Airasia sent us email saying as Airline has not cancled this so no refund with be credited. This is very bad , we cancelled our flight just because Airasia rescheduled it and sent us email as the amount would be refunded.
EaseMyTrip is not cancelling our ticket only, in spite of * to * phone calls. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had.
I just want my full refund as the mistake is at the Airline side (AirAsia)

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
