U**DMF is the PNR ….no response for the refund on a cancelled ticket due to rescheduled flight…tried emailing to nodalofficer_in@airasia.com & appellate_in@airasia.com …but no response…all other support channels give a pre-defined automated response but no resolution for past ** days
