AirAsia - AirAsia International flight got rescheduled twice and the latest rescheduled date is not feasible f

Me and my friends (* people) booked return tickets from Cebu (Philippines) to Chennai (India) for **th Oct ****. A week back the flight got rescheduled to **th Oct. I tried to cancel the flights but since Airasia does not have customer support for all their international flights I could cancel and I some how I accpeted the new recheduled dates. But yesterday again Airasia has recheduled the date to **nd Oct. Now this date is not feasible for me. So me and my friends want to cancel this booking and book a new flight which is of higher cost (since there are no other flights for the same price). But airasia has no where mentioned in the mail whehter I get a full refund if I cancel my flight and I am not able to talk to their customer support team even. I want to cancel my tickets and get full refund for all * tickets booked by me and my friends
