Dear Sir
I purchased Air india ticket PNR YR*X* through VIA.COM on **-**-**** for travel to new York from Hyderabad and return dates onward **-**-**** and return **-**-**** later flight has cancelled and i received a mail from VIA.COM flight cancelled you can use the tickets within a year, then I asked in March **** to book the tickets. I received the reply that your tickets refund initiated so it is not possible to use the tickets for purchase of new tickets then I called air India customer care they acknowledge refund initiation with reference numbers from then onwards I keep on writing mails to VIA.COM I am getting the reply refund is in process,yesterday also received the reply same in process
