I have booked and canceled * tickets with Air India and all of them are eligible for refund, but I haven't got the refund for any of them. * tickets were booked and canceled in Dec **th, **** and still I haven't got a refund in spite of following up for more than ** times. Every time I am told the refund will be issued in a few days but nothing has come through. Travel Date was Jan **th, ****. Pnr- YQMSY Ticket# ************* PNR- YP*L* Ticket# *************
