Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights
The issue that I have experienced was: We boarded our International flight from London Heathrow to Delhi, India.
Our cabin luggage was as per policy http://www.airindia.in/hand-luggage.htm
We were * and had our luggage as per policy but the AirIndia crew made us check-in one of our cabin luggage and charged us £***.
I was telling her we usually travel with the same luggage but she kept on insisting that the total of the handbag, laptop, and cabin bag should be under *kg. I kept on telling her no that's not the policy, as per the link "http://www.airindia.in/hand-luggage.htm" a lady can have a hand-bag, Laptop, and a cabin bag but she said policy changed due to COVID. That was not acceptable to me but I did not want to keep all others waiting in the queue and she made us pay in hurry.
