Uber Cabs - Against Uber driver for asking for money in middle of trip

Driver is having issues with his phone or network, so my trip was booked from Sadashiv nagar to Marathahalli, I have booked no- cash payment ride (card payment) method, but the trip got completed automatically near byappanahalli, so he told me to make cash payment and leave cab or book different cab I told him, ride was booked non cash payment, I m not going to give cash, but he is not allowing me to leave without giving cash, then paid him cash after seeing that this kind of issue can be taken care by uber team because they have given help option in uber support, so I made card payment as well as cash payment, but later uber support take there hands off from this matter, they are blaming me that there is no traceblity for cash payment and you should think before choosing payment options.....it's not about *** rupees it is about justice, attached file will show you response I got from uber help care
