Abhinav Nagaria filed complaint against PayTM on May 4, 2019
I would like to inform you that mobile no. ********** linked/hacked to my Paytm application on dated **th April **** and started login on dated **th April **** which I came to know through my email id ( started receiving security alert messages of unknown login).
Multiple transactions were done in Paytm account by this fraud person from **th to **th April ****. I have sent attaching all of the screenshots showing security alert messages of unknown login in my Paytm account to customer care while my actual registered number ********** was temporarily blocked by me on dated **th April ****.
The fraud person has also done various transactions using my Paytm bank account. (Snapshots are attached for reference)
The fraud person was not able to access my debit cards and UPI as I have blocked all means wherein transactions can be done except Paytm postpaid service.
You are requested to help me recover the amount of Rs ****/- from Paytm. I have also registered police complaint through online police crime branch with the Complaint No: C*******************/*****.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
