Refund after the cancellation of flight not yet given. I have done the booking of Go airline flight through via.com on ** March. I cancelled it on the same date but still not received refund though the amount of **** rupees suppose to get back as I have confirmed with Go airline they have cleared that amount to via.com. Customer care number of via.com never get connected. How to approach to get my refund.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
