Oruganti Abhinav filed complaint against Act Fibernet on Jul 11, 2022
Hello,
My name is Abhinav, from Hanamkonda, Warangal district. I'm facing issue with Act Fibernet broadband connection from **-July, ****, and raised a service request for the same in ACT Fibernet mobile app. When I tried to follow up regarding the same with ACT Fibernet customer executives on their customer care number, they were saying that they can not do anything about it harshly. None from their team visited our place to check what the issue is, till now, and they are simply extending the timeline for the service request.
So, I would request that, those irresponsible executives and the assigned technical person from the ACT team should be punished for this harsh and irresponsible behavior. I can provide the email conversation and phone call recordings as proof for this if needed.
I would want to either
Resolve my issue at the earliest and take action against those irresponsible customer executives and assigned technician.
Or
Refund my remaining amount and close my account with ACT Fibernet so that I can move to another stable broadband.
