- ACT FIBERNET ill treating customer while refunding amount Open
I was dissatisfied with the service rendered by Team ACT and hence wanted to cancel their service. I initiated a request for a refund on August **th. Initially, a complaint was filed on and the complaint number was shared to me via mail.The Request number showed as Ref SR**************. I was investigating the status after * days with ACT i.e on Aug ** and got replied that it will be refunded on Aug ** and got a SMS with a different SR number SR************** . Message stated another * days increase which makes me frustrated to the core, Being depressed I was not behaving normally to my housemates and fellow mates and I was pushed to a situation of getting loan to compensate this amount . Most of my calls were avoided, disconnected and Customer care people were not aware of their Terms and conditions(I doubt if they have any) and I was shocked to hear when they said it will take ** days and not * days for a refund where the same Customer care representatives told it will take * days to refund , Message from ACT Team also justified this. ACT Team is not professional in dealing with customers and due to their lack, I am pushed to a depressed state and getting my health spoiled. I have escalated this issue to ACT nodal officer and higher officials and received no response , they haven' t taken any single step to query on this which makes to me feel illtreated.

I used ACT for over two years earlier and it was all fine though the network had issues. then i had to relocate and i called up and asked for the disconnection.. now after three months, i again sent a request for a re-connection of the account....
